The Re-Evolution Athletics' System

Rob takes an individual approach to training, and will utilize the necessary methods to ensure the athlete's needs are met. Athletes typically begin with an assessment session ($80 - $100), undergoing various exercises to determine an athlete's strengths and weakness in performance and technique. Through these exercises, video analysis, training history, and sport-specific needs, an individual report is created.  For best results, Rob encourages clients to participate in a minimum of two sessions per week. Athletes will be given "homework" to complete to address their deficits.

"I don't believe that coaches from the college or professional ranks are the stars of the coaching profession. It doesn't take much skill to find elite talent and then talk the talk of an expert. The stars of the coaching world are people like Rob Assise. Coaches like Rob take high school kids who have little to no exposure to athletics and nutures and develops their talent with expert simplicity. I've observed Rob working with athletes and I'm reminded that he is a teacher, not just a recruiter of talent. On a coaching scale of 1-10, Rob Assise is an 11."

It's not an exaggeration to state that Coach Assise is one of (if not the best) HS jumps coaches in the Midwest. When I realized that I had a couple jumpers with the talent that called for more expertise than I could offer them, Rob was the first and only guy that I thought of, and I was not disappointed. He treated my athletes as if they were his own, and their time with him was both instructive and a tremendous confidence boost. This spring, Olney, Illinois saw it's first ever state champion take the podium, and I have no doubt that Coach Assise is part of the reason why!
